Sandy loves summer, and memories of summer holidays from her childhood are very special. This painting celebrates summer vacations, especially walking down to the beach from a coast path - the sense of anticipation is great!
Sandy works with layers of acrylic painting, building up colour and tone. She then add texture and impact by splashing, spattering, dripping and flicking paint onto the canvas.
This 100x100cm… painting is unframed, it has white painted edges and is strung with picture cord ready to hang.
