About this artwork
This triptych of 35 x 30 cm x 3 is the latest addition in my 'Cliffside' series. Its first part inspired me to continue onto the second and then the third. I enjoyed the process thoroughly and am very pleased with the outcome.
My inspiration mainly comes from nature and its elements. It has an abundance of beauty and I often get fascinated by the amazing shapes of rocks and cliffs. It is fascinating to paint these beautiful pieces with an abstract… angle.
This particular piece is painted in acrylic paints and is finished with a final coat of high gloss varnish to keep its vibrancy intact.

Sangeeta Sagar is an experienced artist based in the UK whose work has been exhibited in both solo and group shows internationally. Her paintings are stunning works of abstract expressionism, using acrylic and ink on paper or canvas to create textured movement reminiscent of ocean waves and topographical landscapes. Sagar also makes bronze figurative sculptures, respecting the technical aspect of each medium she uses to create aesthetically pleasing pieces of art.
