About this artwork
In my work, inspired by a landscape of Iceland, I tried to capture the essence of a desolate but majestic landscape, using acrylic colors and bitumen, and papier-mâché paste to give materiality. The dark and rich tones mix with touches of light, evoking a feeling of isolation and introspective reflection.
