About this artwork
This exhibit was really time-consuming and demanding for me. It took a long time before I was satisfied with the brush. The background was the most complex. The bamboo pattern is covered with various glazes. I made the pattern itself using the sgraffito technique. Then I painted geometric shapes like a prism and squares to give the motif some depth.
