Some connections don’t need words.
They live in the spaces between gestures, in the quiet understanding between souls who simply ‘know’ each other.
That’s what I wanted to capture in this painting, the silent yet profound dialogue that exists between two people when language falls away, and only presence remains.
Two women, their hands gently touching. In that touch, there is comfort, support, and a depth of understanding that needs no explanation.… The colours blend and pulse like emotions moving beneath the surface. The delicate shimmer of glitter catches the light, echoing the quiet yet undeniable energy that passes between them.
The abstract yet figurative style allows for interpretation. Is this a moment of reassurance? A farewell? A beginning? Or simply the kind of companionship that exists beyond words?
Some bonds are felt, not spoken. And in this piece, I wanted that connection to live in every brushstroke.
