This artwork had been chosen for SWISSARTEXPO'20 in ZURICH.
"Grapes" and "Grapes with figs" - these two artworks were painted by the artist Sergey Teplyakov at about the same time, but they turned out, as, in fact, it was intended to be completely different.
And if the "Grapes" is written in such clearly visible strokes, and the grapes themselves seem to be viewed from a very close distance, and a silver spoon with grape juice evokes memories of… the harvest festival, which traditionally takes place in Italy in September, when young wine is tasted. These bright contrasting strokes and darkened fragments of the painting, executed in a successful color scheme, perfectly emphasize the volume of fruits and the ripeness of the grape cluster.

Sergey Teplyakov is an established Russian painter whose works have been exhibited in Italy, Austria, Russia and the UK. He composes works in a range of styles— from conceptual still lifes to close-up portraits of animals and rich realist landscapes, and seeks to achieve an elegant aesthetic across each approach and subject. Teplyakov is heavily influenced by the great Italian masters, and passionate about participating in a revival of classical Italian painting.
