Sergio Valota, Bergamo, Italy, expresses himself through the ancient technique of egg yolk tempera on wooden boards. Working with natural pigments, similar to the treatise of Cennino Cennini. of the 15th century. Other techniques he uses are also: oil colors, tempera, ink and watercolors. but also strong watercolours on Tuscan cotton paper. His art reflects metaphysical thoughts, seeking beauty and harmony in life with feelings, passions or revenge. He was a student of M. Donizetti of Bergamo. The first exhibition was in 1977 and the last during the event "City of Italian Culture of Bergamo and Brescia" in the Sala Manzù of the Province of Bergamo in 2024. Some works are found in Museums and Churches, as well as in public bodies and collections around the world. He also deals with the publication of philosophy essays, poems and art catalogs.
