About this artwork
An optimistic and colorful string quartet.
A wish for Yom Kippur.
I was affected by a movement from one of Haydn's early string quartets
I created some tension lines in the drawing:
Light to dark colors.
- Hard angular shapes versus soft irregular shapes.
- A sense of movement from the depth to the front, movement that disperses in all directions as a graphic expression to the sounds of the quartet.
Eventually a unity of contrasts was created into… a balanced coherent work.
I consider this work one of my best in the genre.

Through his art, he invites viewers to make their own discoveries. He is also deeply influenced by classical chamber music, which he listens to when creating.
