About this artwork
following a slow episode of a delicate string quartet I recently created three images (String Quartet #122, String Quartet #123, String Quartet #124) that express my feelings after the music.
In all three images I created irregular colored squares with the emphasis on the center of the image and around it bright and slightly blurred.
The three images can be seen as theme and variations.
I worked with various putties in order to cover and expose… the colors.
