About this artwork
In this artwork, I channeled bold and dynamic energy through the use of vibrant acrylics. The figures depict a rhythmic unity, their dance a metaphor for life's ebb and flow. As the artist, I infused each brushstroke with passion, crafting an emotional resonance that speaks of connection and timelessness. This painting embodies a vivacious spirit that promises to invigorate any space with its pulsating essence.

« Everything depends on how we look at things, and not how they are in reality. »
Sharon Coles has always been fascinated by portraiture. The U.K. based artist finds it interesting that this artistic genre not only catches the visual but also the psychological likeness through formal qualities. In Coles' paintings, perception, subjectivity, and reality in relation to composition all play pivotal parts. In each of her pieces, she explores visual or conceptual elements, creating a journey that is never pre-planned.
