About this artwork
In this artwork, I sought to encapsulate the tranquil solitude of reading. Employing pencil and chalk, I embraced an impressionistic style to evoke softness, introspection, and a timeless sense of calm. The subtle interplay of light and shadow on the page and the figure's gentle poise offers viewers a moment of peaceful contemplation, breathing serene energy into any space it graces.
