About this artwork
I was inspired to create this painting after seeing these delicate wild flowers in the morning sun, bright against the muted shades surrounding them. These were beautiful in their prime, but there is something especially stately about their role here, as those who will deliver the next generation. Standing strong they spread their arms and share the fruit of their wisdom to bear new understanding in those who will receive.
