Shinjiro Tanaka is an award-winning Japanese artist whose paintings have been exhibited both nationally and in the United Kingdom. The main theme in his art is "between passion and reason". Since humanity is multifaceted, he would like to depict all of these contrasts at once. Tanaka likens his creative process to the growth of a primitive creature, as his lines multiply "from nothingness to eternity", both geometric and organic.
