Growing up, I was fascinated by the Codename: Kids Next Door cartoon. To me, it wasn’t just a show — it was a world where kids had the freedom, courage, and imagination to take on missions, outsmart adults, and create their own rules. I remember watching it and secretly wishing I could be part of their squad. I even carried out my own “missions” around the house, turning everyday spaces into secret bases and pretending to save the world with nothing…
but a wild imagination.
This painting is a reflection of that spirit — the fearless energy of childhood, the unity of friendship, and the ability to see the extraordinary in the ordinary. It’s a time capsule of who I was, who I wanted to be, and how those imaginative missions shaped the way I view creativity today.
