About this artwork
In the center of the painting are lifelike fruits (grapes, pumpkins, pears and nuts) in their original size. The pumpkin and the fruits lie or hang in a wooden frame that obviously functions as a window. The viewer looks through the window onto a green landscape with a gray-blue sky. The painting has a custom-made model frame.
