About this artwork
In this still life five plums play the main role. The very realistically painted plums in front of a landscape were painted in their original size. The 2: 1 picture division (sky to earth) contributes to the fact that the plums really stand out three-dimensionally. As a viewer, you would like to grab the plums and put them in your mouth. The painting has a custom-made model frame.
