In my work I fuse acrylic, collage elements, paint and resin to create a semi-abstract, figurative and symbolic composition. The Austrian artist Silke Hagen was born in 1972. In 2004 she attended the International Summer Academy of Fine Arts in Salzburg and in 2013 she learned the old-master layering technique in oil at the Giselbert Hoke School in Halbenrain. Today Silke Hagen lives in Switzerland, where she works as a freelance artist.
