About this artwork
There comes a moment when movement is no longer visible – but can only be felt.
In my series “Motion Series Free” I explore precisely this state: lightness, floating and the slow dissolution of gravity.
From a bird's-eye view, figures drift across a vast, blue expanse of water, becoming part of an abstract landscape of depth, structure, and stillness. I am interested in the tension between control and letting go – when movement is not forced,… but simply arises.
Turquoise and deep blue tones merge into a surface that is both water and emotional vastness. The small human forms create a deliberate contrast, opening up a space for stillness, distance, and concentration.
This work invites you to step out of the weight of everyday life for a moment and immerse yourself in a state of almost weightless presence.
