About this artwork
The combination of colors and textures creates a dynamic atmosphere, with a strong burst of light yellow in the center, surrounded by darker shades of green, blue and purple. The brush strokes contribute to a sense of movement and vitality, while the lighter details intertwine with the darker shades, adding depth to the work. The use of contrast between the bright center and the darker edges creates a dramatic effect.
This work is part of the abstract… essentialism series. The essentialist artist's first matter is an initial chaos (graphic, chromatic, structural stimuli, etc.), the creation favors intuition as a form of knowledge and the process as a practical exercise of freedom. For some years I have been following this pictorial current, born in Argentina in the 80s by the masters Heriberto Zorrilla and Helena Distefano with whom I attended a course in Barcelona.
I was born in Buenos Aires and lived in Patagonia until 1993. Following in the footsteps of my mother, an art teacher and painter, I have loved artistic expression in all its forms since I was a child. Since 1993, I have lived in Italy, in the province of Perugia. I have a degree in History and a European Professional Diploma as an Interior Decorator. I specialized in majolica decoration with the master Romano Ranieri and worked for many years in the field of artistic ceramics. For several years, I have been following the Essentialist painting movement, which originated in Argentina in the 1980s thanks to the masters Heriberto Zorrilla and Helena Distefano, with whom I attended a course in Barcelona.
