About this artwork
The plexiglas frame makes it look like as if the flowers are floating. The frame size is 56-46, the artwork inside is 40-30 cm.
Each flower is made by hand out of glue and acrylic paint and details are painted on it with a brush.

Silvia Strobos is an award-winning artist based in the Netherlands whose paintings have been exhibited nationally, as well as in Switzerland, the United States, Germany, Belgium, and France. The central theme in her art relates to the different ways in which people are connected to one another. Through her artistic practice, Strobos continuously searches for new ways to visualize human interaction. She creates using acrylics and oils on canvas or Plexiglas.
