"Try Some" is one of my first original oil paintings—and the work that made me fall in love with the medium. With its vibrant colors and clean, simplified forms, it captures the charm of something small and familiar: a nostalgic gumball machine.
Although it dates back to a time I never experienced myself, this object evokes a deep fascination and a sense of nostalgia in me. It connects me to an idealized past—playful, full of color, and wonder.…
