Orange water in a lake? It may sound unlikely, but it truly exists. This piece was inspired by the Lake of Mitsero, whose striking, intensely orange waters fascinated me so deeply that I felt compelled to capture their unique beauty in this painting.
Structured mixed media and acrylic-based materials on a cardboard panel, framed in a high-quality aluminum frame with a wood finish – ready to hang.
I have always been fascinated by the forms found in nature. I deliberately cultivated mould so that I could EXAMINE IT UNDER A MICROSCOPE, and I studied GEOLOGY in order to understand the EROSION processes that I try to recreate in my paintings.
Therefore, I am renowned for my distinctive technique of layering clay and finely crushed EGGSHELS on canvas to create TEXTURED, ORGANIC SURFACES, often further enhanced with controlled color washes or lime-based cracked effects. Through the artworks that evoke the raw beauty of nature, I aim to bring harmony, balance, and calm to the viewer’s life.
I worked as a designer for several years, but I was always drawn back to more personal forms of expression. I have explored creativity in many forms, from painting and drawing to digital graphics and UX/UI design. But one thing has always stayed the same: I AM A CREATOR.
