Dahab. My fathers backyard. It is truly quite a mystical place. Every night the big, curious moon tries to sneak up on the house, glowing in with its cold light. The rocks on the ground and the leaves on the bushes begin to accompany the moons light opera. It seems as though the door will burst open and the light will overflow the hole house

Sofia Albee is a painter, photographer, and draftsman who has exhibited her works nationally, as well as in Bulgaria and the United States. She describes her art as being tightly connected to nature, and enjoys creating outdoors. The discovery of sounds, colors, tastes, and feelings, plays a large part in her inspiration. In her artistic process, Albee endeavors to disconnect and dissolve her human side, as she quietly observes and absorbs nature.
