About this artwork
This canvas speaks of a farewell, of who leaves and who stays. The swimming pool shown is real and located in Torshavn, the capital of the Faroe Islands - one of the most precious pieces of my 'collection' of swimming pools in the world.

Sofia Fresia is an award-winning artist based in Italy whose paintings have been widely exhibited nationally.
