About this artwork
A triptych composed of a central panel of 90x90cm and two side panels of 30x90cm each. Immersion in an atmosphere of the floating markets of Southeast Asia. We can imagine a fishing boat sliding on the water silently, the landscape seems immobilized in the silence of the morning. Nature is omnipresent and the reflections of the vegetation in the dark water create a harmonious atmosphere.

« Above all, I want to convey a certain atmosphere in my works. My biggest challenge is to be able to communicate and share these emotions through my work. »
Solveiga is an award-winning artist who resides in France and has exhibited nationally as well as in the United States. Her pieces are suggestive, in the way that they skirt the balance between abstract and figurative. Solveiga paints her compositions in series, offering a level of detail that leaves room for imagination and dreamlike interpretations. She works with a mixture of oils and acrylics as well as different patinas, obtaining rich nuances through transparent layers.
