Lovers stand on the edge of the sofa, protected in a golden blanket that draws them close. However this is a gilded reality, and for a fleeting moment they are detached from reality. Soon they will step off the sofa and join in the mundane routine of day to day life. The Russian photographer, Andrey Kezzyn, works and lives in Berlin. As an autodidact with diverse professional background, he decided in 2004 to follow his passion and fully work as a professional photographer. With his unique work, he creates staged and dramatic photography which he describes his style as “post cabaret punk”.
