In this watercolor, I captured the flowing energy of a sunset, radiating through the silhouettes of the trees. The silence of this place intensifies the atmosphere. Only the chirping… of cicadas and a light breeze blowing in from the nearby sea accompany the moment. For an instant, time seems to stand still – as if one were stepping onto a bridge between the present and antiquity.
