About this artwork
In my work, I chose red to evoke intense and deep feelings. With the embroidery technique, I meticulously worked the word in the center, creating a minimalist but powerful contrast. The word "BLOOD" is embroidered directly onto the fabric. The writing is tone on tone, the red of the writing being exactly the same as that of the fabric.
