Sophie's choice is inspired by my neighbour, a professional gardener. Until I relocated to Tasmania I have never stopped to smell the roses as the saying goes. Fortunately I have met my neighbour who welcomed me with a bunch of flowers from her garden. I was so touched. Since that day a voice inside my head keeps telling me to paint the florals and I am glad I did. The abstraction of these flowers just flowed from my silicone colour shaper so…
naturally. It makes me smile just to see the painting and feel so grateful to Sophie for this inspiration. Enjoy this in your favourite room!
