Stefania Lai is a multidisciplinary artist based in Italy whose works have been exhibited both nationally and in Uruguay. Through her artistic practice, she studies objects used in everyday life and searches for the soul it carries within itself and its action, listening to what it has to say. Lai describes her modus operandi as answering questions that silently arise, revealing itself "in doing". She most often creates using cotton and wool on canvas.
