The mural 'LEOPARD' # 2 is an expressive picture of a leopard head on raw canvas.
This original painting was made in my studio in Bredenbeck:
an expressive work on raw canvas in black, red and white.
How did the “Big Cats” series come about?
“Leopards are endangered worldwide. In addition to hunting, poaching is another threat to the illegal trade in leopard body parts such as hides, bones and canines. Leopards are poached in both Africa… and Asia and are then mainly sold on the local black markets. In Asia, for example, leopard skins are coveted luxury goods. ”
The picture is painted on raw canvas and stretched on stretcher bars.
It has a protective varnish against the weather and dust. It can be hung up immediately.
Shipping within Germany is free of charge.

Stefanie Rogge is a German artist whose works have been featured in several solo and group exhibitions nationally. Working in series, her animal portraits are socio-critical in nature. While Rogge's art is a medium of protest, her compositions remain colorful and hopeful. It is her desire to have others rethink their existing values and the consumer behavior of our society.
