About this artwork
About the image: The topic of "dating" is as special as the work itself. It's a back and forth, a comparison and the eternal search for the needle in the haystack. Pure chaos reigns and there is no set of rules for truth, with a few exceptions. Sometimes it seems to me like a department store of love; there could always be something better or even more beautiful or whatever. Since I use this platform myself, I know what it's about and this work was… created precisely from the thought experiment on the topic of dating. What you see is something completely different and that's a good thing.
About the surface: With epoxy resin because various attacks were made on works of art during the time it was created, and so three works were created that are safe against liquid attacks. That's why it's difficult to take a good picture, because it reflects strongly and therefore creates a special effect. The frame is "gold" in color, so PopArt looks fabulous.
It's time for a break! No further work will likely be released in 2026.
Art is many things, but not everything!
For me, art has no fixed price, but rather an incomparable, profound, and genuine value. I want my work to be accessible to everyone. Art should inspire, uplift the spirit, and help us to more consciously appreciate the complexity of life—this is the foundation of my work. My artistic journey began in the wild 80s with the raw energy of graffiti. Over the years, I found my way to the free, multifaceted forms of abstract painting. My paintings arise from the psychological power of vibrant colors and a deep connection to human stories. I fuse these elements into works that invite introspection. Each painting is the unfolding of a visual narrative. My art is more than skill; it is an authentic expression of myself.
