About this artwork
Before the tour. I can plan and think a lot, but after is always before. Regardless of whether it is an activity or creating a work, what is in my head and just wants to come out. So the first lines of acrylic create shapes, then connections, then symbols, and step by step, like on a hike, the work takes shape. I also work on canvases with minor damage or what is nowadays often removed, because it is important to me to deal with everything in life…
in a way that makes me feel comfortable. The colorful yet quite subtle choice of colors has an effect that inspires me, stimulates me to think, and gives me joy. Pictures often hang on the wall in my apartment for a long time before I show them.
