About this artwork
We are heading more and more towards a climate catastrophe, among other things with huge cruise ships. It is not enough that countless cargo ships sail the world's oceans every day, the oceans are fished empty and then filled with a huge amount of rubbish. No, you want to visit a different highlight of the world every day with all the comforts of a 5 * hotel. The smallest and most fragile ecosystems are entered, such as Kotor and Venice (the ripcord…
has been pulled in the latter). Venice, a city of art, has long been buffeted by cruise ships. The picture should be a warning and a reminder at the same time if we all continue like this.
