About this artwork
A ranger as you imagine it! Met while hiking through the national park and captured as a photo. Later the ranger Gipp was immortalized as a watercolor. Its operational area, the Müritz National Park is located in the south of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania and is the largest terrestrial national park in the Federal Republic. The park extends over the two spatially separate areas of the Mecklenburg Lake District and part of the Feldberg Lake District.
