About this artwork
"Out of Many, One". Inspired by a bouquet of flowers an elderly lady had at her roadside stand in front of her house on a back road where I live.
Diversity encourages empathy and builds strength. The globe-like formation of the bouquet of colors seemed to evolve on it's own while the painting progressed.
This is professional grade acrylic on canvas and measures 36" high by 36" wide. It is unframed with painted edges, as shown in the detail photos.… It's wired and ready to hang. Please look at the images carefully. This is painted very loosely with quick brushstrokes , drips, and texture.

Stephen Remick is an experienced American painter whose work has been featured in many solo and group shows nationally as well as in American publications. Growing up in Vermont and now living in Massachusetts, Remick is inspired by the landscape around him and mainly paints nature scenes and backyards covered in snow. His work captures a delicate beauty of sunlight and shadows in the deep woods of New England.
