About this artwork
“Augment” is a collage of materials created on polyester. This piece was created more intuitively, I allowed the organic random oxidation to induce the colors and shapes. This piece also explores how oxidation is representative of age and time, and that connection with traveling through experiences. The title was inspired from the structural and urban feel of the square shapes, and the process of addition and change.
