About this artwork
“Finding Another Path” is a follow up work to the Wearing to Travel Series exploring new works on polyester. This piece was created more intuitively, I allowed the organic random oxidation to induce the colors and shapes. This piece also explores how oxidation is representative of age and time, and that connection with traveling through experiences. The title was inspired from my experiences with rejection in my art journey.
