I was enchanted by the elegant simplicity of these trees—their linear forms creating natural rhythms… across the canvas. The unusual purple trunks transform familiar landscape into something unexpected and dreamlike. This is nature seen through the lens of color and emotion, where warm afternoon light dissolves solid forms into pure chromatic harmony.
Working in acrylics allowed me to build translucent layers of color, creating depth and luminosity. Expressive brushwork gives movement to grasses and foliage while maintaining the serene, contemplative mood.
