About this artwork
Having been born in Miami, Florida (USA), I have always been drawn to the ocean. The sounds, smells, and touch invoke a calm and peaceful feeling and can be a remedy for many of life's stressors.
We Three Shells was inspired by the actual materials; shells, sand, and "water." Using resin I was able to recreate the energy of the ocean as it moves across sand and shells.
