This at first sight is a seemingly classic portrait, painted in a realistic style, in a black and white color palette, reminiscent of the sixties celebrity photography.

Pursuing this early calling, Sylvia completed her university studies with a degree in fine arts, specializing in sculpture.
A decade ago, compelled by the enduring need to shape and express with her own hands, Sylvia returned to the studio, devoting herself once more to painting and sculpture.
