I wanted to capture the quiet power of the Sylt dunes—the interplay of wind, light, and color that emerges on the autumnal heath. In earth tones, soft violet, and golden-brown nuances, I captured the impressions that moved me as I gazed across the landscape dotted with wild roses and heather.
