About this artwork
Origins is symbolic of a floral, ascending and cosmic energy. It unfolds on both sides of the mentioned branches.
Numerous flowering spots, shades of mother-of-pearl blue and white, dot the painting in a dance of petals as if they were blowing in the wind.
One of them dominates. It is opening towards another world like a ritual of passage which would lead the eye towards a new dimension: would it be a celestial gap or an imaginary lagoon?
The… title is evocative; origins of life, origins of the beginning, where you take pleasure in immersing yourself in all the details of this suggested lagoon.
The work carries within itself this small, sleek and Japanese side.
The thickness of the worked epoxy resin is 5 mm.
The painting is offered framed, white wooden frame ready to be installed.

« My painting is sometimes spatial, sometimes telluric, sometimes aquatic, sometimes cellular, always organic. My wish is to arouse in the viewer a desire to wander the innumerable paths of the imagination. »
