About this artwork
A wall jewel, soft tones and transparencies characterize "Virevolte".
Waterline, games of balloons, the rustle of a butterfly wing and always the presence of the moon which comes to catch the eye.
The whole is cheerful, floral, nothing is fixed in this little painting in soft and festive tones.
Sylvie Gedda diluted an emerald green pigment in her epoxy resin. After having poured it on its support (MDF wood plate 18 mm thick) it introduced inks… and liquid pigments during the entire time of the complete polymerization of the resin. (worked thickness: 6 mm). The painting is offered framed white American box: framed format: 37 x 37 x 4 cm.

« My painting is sometimes spatial, sometimes telluric, sometimes aquatic, sometimes cellular, always organic. My wish is to arouse in the viewer a desire to wander the innumerable paths of the imagination. »
Sylvie Gedda is a dedicated artist whose works have featured in exhibitions, prizes and publications across France. Influenced by nature - particularly the cosmic, microcosmic, human and aquatic fields, and primarily inspired by life, she creates striking abstract works marked by ordered composition, hidden figures and intriguing colour combinations.
