Sylvie Julkowski-Egard is an award-winning painter whose art has been widely exhibited in France, Belgium, and the United States. She enjoys contrasts, combining a realistic image with a 'slightly unstructured universe' in the background. Working in series, Julkowski-Egard portrays women using elements of symbolism, as well as the industrial world, showing the effects of time through rust and decay. Her works are created using watercolors and oils on linen or paper.
