She had been distinguished and regionalized for her art at a young age, was granted to institutions such as UNH and Cranbrook Art Academy in Detroit Michigan. I have always helped as a child animals as we lived on a farm, and I studied them closely, to see there beauty, so I would paint or draw them, as I took care of them. Often Painting Goose Eggs and selling them to Nantucket shops, where I sold many, I also did Shrimp Shaw on whales teeth was fun. I had many pets fox, swan, owls, fawn, horses, raccoons, possums, birds, cats, dogs, and some times people! Watching my 3 beautiful daughters holding the animals , I love to mix my romanticness with ladies holding forest animals, or feeding them like I did. I did end up going to nursing school to , so I had put some of my art on hold due to "life" , until now where I am older. I live in Maine now in the desperate winters, so cold, WoW, but the animals so amazing, the people , wonderful! I hope you enjoy my new works, thank you !
