About this artwork
My current series, entitled "Moments," offers a poetic reinterpretation of everyday life: feminine silhouettes, captured in simple gestures - drinking coffee, sorting laundry, choosing a dress... Behind the apparent banality of these scenes emerges a silent intimacy, where solitude, fragility and inner storms, often hidden beneath the veneer of everyday life, intertwine.
I am developing a hybrid visual language, combining the random drips of watercolor… with the depth of oil glazes, transposed to acrylic and enhanced with technical felt-tip pen strokes, echoing my background as an architect. My palette is deliberately contrasted: saturated purples, acid pinks, flamboyant golds; a chromatic confrontation that aims to create emotional tension within the composition.

Born in the heart of Siberia, I grew up surrounded by vast plains and harsh winters until the age of 26. However, it was the discovery of the Altai mountains and the steppes of Mongolia that marked a decisive turning point in my journey: a preserved natural world, animist traditions, and an almost cosmic silence.
Wishing to combine creativity with pragmatism, I initially pursued a path in architecture. After graduating from the Academy of Architecture and Fine Arts in Novosibirsk, I continued my studies in France, obtaining a Master's equivalency from the Strasbourg School of Architecture in 2014. This dual expertise allowed me to develop a rigorous approach to spatial construction, precise drawing, and mastery of volume.
From 2015 onwards, painting became my primary mode of expression. I set aside the architect’s ruler to explore, through increasingly large formats, an artistic quest rooted in gesture, vitality, and the tension of materials.
