This work speaks of the forgotten nature. His chaotic treatment refers to a conception of artistic creation that relies as much as possible on "accidents". Tarik Chebli is an up and coming French painter whose work has been exhibited nationally. His acrylic on canvas paintings seem to betray an impulsive handling of materials. Though, upon closer inspection, one can discern tangible subject alive in Cherbli's images. His paintings are heavy with saturated hues, foggy and faded in certain areas then bold and distinct in others.
