« As I paint, I think about verbs rather than nouns, creating energy and movement, yet also maintaining a sense of balance within the work. »
Terri Dilling is a prizewinning American painter with national exposure. Inspired by the beauty and complexity of the natural world, she uses color relationships, shapes and lines to convey movement, energy and balance. Dilling's abstract work ultimately recalls the lush flora and fauna of the American South, where she lives and works, along with landscapes and blue seas from her travels.
