About this artwork
The work depicts four women, each with their gaze directed elsewhere. They are similar, yet each is completely individual. I have three sisters myself; we grew up together, all of us grown women. Each follows their own path, makes their own decisions. And yet we are a family, forever connected and always there for each other as a unit, whenever something happens.
